He handles a variety of general liability matters with a strong focus on labor law and premises liability cases. Prior to joining MMG, Daniel worked for a non-profit trade association for venture capital funds that invest in businesses in low income areas and at a plaintiff's firm for several years where he gained significant experience in litigating personal injury cases from inception through discovery-end. Armed with the knowledge and strategy of how plaintiff's litigate their cases, Daniel draws on his experience to thoroughly and zealously present the best possible defense for his clients. His commitment to learning and evidence based story-telling is what sets him apart from other attorneys. He is an exceptionally convincing writer and also regularly engages in appellate practice. Daniel's tireless work ethic is evident in his belief that "good enough is not good enough".

Daniel received his Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law in 2011. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with summa cum laude honors from New York University in 2006. Daniel is admitted to practice in New York State Courts.
