Robert Paessler is a Partner with the firm and one of its principal trial attorneys. He handles complex and catastrophic general liability and medical malpractice matters, for firm clients in federal and state courts in both New York and New Jersey.
EXPERIENCE
Rob has been with McMahon, Martine & Gallagher since the beginning of his legal career in 1995. In 2004 he was made a Partner of the firm. He has extensive experience in successfully representing clients in complex and catastrophic personal injury accident and medical malpractice cases.
EDUCATION
Rob earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing from Muhlenberg College in 1991.
